Snug fit, no stretch.
This is a good base layer or on a hot day single layer, it's not got much "give" in it so if you like this type of garment to be stretchy then look elsewhere. I cant pull the sleeve up for example and I'm not exactly Popeye! I find it on the snug side, bought the small and I'm 37" chest.
