Perfeclan Collection, (2004) Ship Starships Collection Model Kit

Very very hard to make I’m a harden model maker , this item I’ve had to go back to this model time and time again, as I was loosing my cool with it,( I think it should be made with thin metal , not cardboard .

Really small and tricky only attempt if you are really expert

not pre cut like the original kit was , This apears to be a reprodution of the oriinal kit( would have been nice to know ) still good quility but will have to be cut out by hand ,and its shame its thiner card than the original kits tha iv had in the past

Firstly, I wasn't expecting much for £5.99 so wasn't too disappointed. The model comes as an extremely intricate set of prints on reasonable quality paper and instructions available on-line. Pictures for the instructions ok, but could be a little clearer. Please note that this model is quite complex and not for beginners. If you've had a go at paper modelling before e.g. Unseen University, you should be ok.One big down mark was the method of delivery....Folded in half, with no proper protection from the packaging. This has necessitated flattening using heavy books, etc. to ensure that the kit is to spec. before building!I will post an update once I've finished the build.

The photographs of this product do not live up to what you receive when ordered. Paper/card quality not very good. Was not sent out in a Please Dot Bend envelope, therefore all sheets were creased. There needs to be more quality control on this model. Very disappointed

Came all bent and its just printed paper not even good paper

My fault ,I didn't read the description properly and thought I was getting aplastic model instead of the paper ,very complicated version

Not very obvious in the advertising that it is a "CARDBOARD" model.
