The item was just as described, but arrived banged in on two sides making it impossible to insert completely into the heating container.I would be a good idea to pack it in a box, and not just a small bubble wrap envelope.I'd like to order this again, but I am really hesitant the next one will arrived damaged also.

Wack! it gives me bruise and I am still hairy chick! Maybe I do not know how to wax properly, I will not try for a long time...

First off- why is it black? I was expecting a dark amber color- uh I’ve used all Gigi wax before and this one has me baffled- smells like burnt plastic....even on my low setting.....it’s BLACK like wax BEADS -I feel like I totally got ripped off seeing I have purchased this from a beauty supply chain and it does not look ANYTHING like this- I don’t know- also it’s not doing the job- it’s like someone put cheep ass wax beads in the container and called it Gigi- lawsuit? Dunno maybe I’m trippin! Prolly not- can’t return it I guess cuz I opened it- probably shouldn’t even opened it because it was all crazy wack packaged and crusty all over the lid and container- anyway threw it out what a waste of money and time- so so soooooo disappointed
