Ive had my cervical spine fused and this is so great for help massage and work my neck muscles. One of the best things ive tried!

I bought this for my Dad to help him after a head and neck injury. It is more amazing and effective than I expected!! The balls are made of gripping rubber that is not too soft or hard. It’s easy to pinpoint areas of tension and incredibly user friendly. It feels great to grasp a spot with this tool and then move the head all around for a deeper neck stretch and improved range of motion. I’ve been a specialist in massage and bodywork for 24 years. It’s hard to find good tools for the neck. This is a must have for injury prevention, self care and the occasional kink in your neck.

I have another shiatsu massage tool, shaped like an S. You can reach one spot on your neck, and it works well. However, the dual balls on this massager let you massage both sides of your head at once. And your neck, but those small muscles in the head always need work. A terrific bargain, too.

This is easy to put too much pressure on your neck and really easy to be in the wrong place. It can hurt!

I have a bad habit of sleeping in a wrong position and then my neck hurts all day. I normally tell my wife to squish my neck (from behind) to help with the pain/stiffness. So I was looking for something that was as strong as a human grip and press.This product is perfect for that. Its very hard plastic so if you are looking for something strong, this is for you. I had read in other reviews that the "golf balls" were smooshy.. I disagree, The balls and the handle both are sturdy. It works for me and does the job. So I would recommend it

This is an incredibly flimsy product. It feels like it will break or snap with any pressure. It has had a 30% "size-flation" reduction - the product I had at first was about 310 grams, and this is 205 grams.

This is why I don't like shopping online!I purchased this as a replacement for a massager that was several years old. While this new massager works, it is MUCH LIGHTER and consequently TOO FLEXIBLE - disappointing after my original experience with an older, heavier model. Unilateral use offers MUCH LESS PRESSURE as the the handles bend and touch: disappointing. I'm still using this model but found a different design that looks more promising and corrects for some design flaws, allowing for more versatile use.
