Cup is a great size and easy to clean cap comes apart to clean thoroughly. I originally had a problem with my cup but the customer service correcting it. Customer service is a little bit of a process but I love this brand so I wouldn't want to have to switch. Comes close to being the best I would make it a little easier to open with one hand to make it even more perfect

Only kind of travel mug that I will use. Works great and looks so pretty. Only downside of this size-it doesn't fit under my Keurig even with the tray out so I'll have to use a measuring cup, but worth it for a bigger cup of coffee in the morning😀

I ordered a new thermos. And while this items appears to be new, it was obviously used by someone, as the cap was full of what appears to be dried hot chocolate. I will need to sanitize this in my dishwasher before I use it. I don’t see a “refund” option, and I don’t feel like returning this just to me given another “new” thermos that has a tea bag or espresso powered from an americano.

Okay, so I've never really put my thought into water bottles before. I cared about the material (no plastic) and the size (will it fit my cup holder?). Other than that, I'm not too picky. I purchased this Klean Kanteen in the color tofu and I really like it. It's very trendy and minimalistic. It has that clean neutral organic feel to it. I did purchase an additional cap (the chug spout cap) and love both caps. I'm really impressed with the insulation of this bottle. Again, not something I ever cared about or noticed before. I had a cold water with electrolyte powder in it, left it by my bed while I cleaned...and every time I took a sip (over a duration of hours), it was still as cold as it was in the beginning! That was very impressive to me. It is now my favorite bottle.

This cup is sturdy and helps maintain temperature of the beverage. It does not leak. I have had trouble a few times with the screw on lid. You have to be careful to start it very straight on the top of the cup as it will let you screw or on slightly crooked. Then it is extremely difficult to remove again

This is the perfect travel companion for navigating through the subways of New York City. When I finally get to my destination, my coffee is hot from the first sip to the last. The lid keeps it completely leak proof and it’s perfect for sipping. It also fits perfectly in my cupholder when I’m traveling in my car.

Everyone has a million water bottles / coffee holders, why one more?? This is sleek, durable, and functional! I'd buy a dozen and replace all my others if they weren't so spendy! Left hot coffee in 5 degree F temp for 2 hours and it was still hot when I got back to my car!
