After a lot of research, pricing high to low and everything in between, I purchased one of these to give the product a test run. I figured l’m only out $30 if it didn’t work as good as the reviews and tech specs indicated.Shipping was fast, product arrived in good condition and well packaged. The setup was so easy a baby could do it. The app for this device is trouble free, fast and practical.I have a large home and was worried that the camera wouldn’t connect to the internet at the farthest point from my router. At every location the unit connected, and it doesn’t have an external antenna, but obviously has an internal one that works great. The quality of the image is crisp, it tracks beautifully, and the multitude of setting options makes it totally customizable. Based on the performance of the 1st unit, I’ve purchased 3 more. Same story for each one, couldn’t be happier with their performance. I’ve got a 32gb micro SD card in each, but they offer a reasonably priced cloud option. Incidentally, night vision is dead on excellent.

Not only do cameras work great (very clear HD day & night) but your customer service (thanks Nicole) is amazing! I had a problem with one of the cameras and got a fast replacement. When I'm away from home and I have them on the cloud service, the recording/notifications work great too. Bottom line is the camera system is inexpensive, easy to use and better than any other system (for privacy) too. Not bad for this little camera. It did it's job and I like that you can take pics and record whenever. I did notice a little lag, but that was probably my slow ass internet.

Great 360 view, you don’t need to pay for app unless you want to have your recordings. You can talk to and move camera from your phone. It’s plug in and WiFi required.

Update: I bought a new one. It lasted 28 days. I am sad to say, I will not be buying this camera again.This camera died after five months of indoor use in our living room, pointed at the front door, with motion detection. The quality of image and sound is good, esp considering the lowe price of this camera. I've been paying the $3 / month fee for cloud storage of videos, in case we need playback beyond a week's time.However, there were several times this camera would disconnect from the wifi (which was positioned close to the camera) and it would turn off for hours and sometimes days. Each time I could unplug it and plug it in again and it would begin working again. Now, it hasn't worked for almost 3 weeks, won't even turn on. I've done the troubleshooting, contacted customer service via their email and also phone number. NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY CALL so this camera and the cloud package that I have been paying for is now a loss. I am going to give this camera another shot and a order a new one bc the camera doesn't require Alexa or Google to operate which I appreciate, the price is affordable, and the picture and sound quality is good. I hope my experience is better this second time around and that the camera lasts!!

Day time view- great product for day time. EVERYTHING WORKED PERFECT! the camera shifted as movement was happening, The Image the camera gave is outstanding! (First Photo) I had absolutely no issues! even wanted to purchase a second camera for my front door. It always worked great while I went out shopping.Night Time- not so great for outside view unless positioned somewhere outside! I first had the camera set in a window facing the car once I checked night view it’s was HORRIBLE! every reflection of anything shows in the view (even a black out curtain) unfortunately. I now have placed the camera outside of the house which gives an okay view but it’s not really helpful as far as image wise goes. but it does work once placed out of the way of anything. (Image 3) I knew I was taking a chance purchasing the item and I do not regret my purchase I just wished there was a way to turn off certain functions with night view so it would possibly have a better image and no reflection of anything.If your able to use this outside I HIGHLY recommend (if it’s for outside use) do not purchase thinking it will be great for view from inside looking outside.If your wanting something to watch animals, babies, family INSIDE the house I also HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Last thing the voice on the camera is loud and works great! you can hear everything surrounding the camera and you can also perfectly hear your voice talking through the camera! I HIGHLY SUGGEST A EXTENSION CORD

I have had 2 of these cameras. The quality of the image is very nice, clear night vision as well. The problem is that they don't last long. I have had to but 2 of these. The first one would shut off if the camera panned in either direction from its resting position. The second one shuts itself off randomly and I'll have to unplug it and restart it for it to work, but it will stay on for about 3 hours and shut off. It worked flawlessly for 8 months, then started shutting off.

The media could not be loaded. Great picture and it's easy to install. You can talk through it. I'm more impressed with this than my more expensive cameras that require a hard drive and receiver station. The picture quality is fantastic. You can also control the angle. I will be buying more of these. (update) I have now been using the camera for a couple of days and it's great I'm no less impressed. It picks up sound really well and you can hear sound out of it very well. It will track movement and move to where it detects the movement. I also like that I can add an SD card to the camera and not have to pay for cloud services. The app is super easy to use and setup. Controlling the camera from the app is seamless. I have already recommended this camera to several people.Thanks, guys I really like this product so far. I will try to update this review in a month or 2.
