Super pleased with this brush! I have used a Clarisonic for years but the rechargeable battery finally gave out and the new ones have a new charging design that I don't care for. I use mine in my shower and have it just in arms reach on the counter - just open the curtain and grab it. The new Clarisonics have to lie in rest on their side to charge. I wanted one that stood up in its holder to drain the water afterward and air out better . The new Soniclear one fit all of my needs. It has a small but sturdy, upright holder, a great brush and engine, and better battery life than my Clarisonic! I've found a winner ... fun color too!

We originally bought a Mia2 and after one week it never would turn off so we returned it. Reading reviews about it afterwards shows that there were a lot of complaints about the same issue. Since Clarisonic went out of business in 2020 and the new company took over their products are sub standard now. So we ordered this Michael Todd brush and the brush has worked perfectly! It works great and really cleans the pores on my face. This brush is the next best thing to the old Clarisonic brushes that we used for so many years.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased the Michael Todd Soniclear Petite in 2017 from a retail store and was very happy with it. It was the same style and had three speeds, and it worked really well for many years. Eventually, the button used to turn it on and adjust the speed fell off and stopped functioning, which is understandable after years of regular use. Based on that positive experience, I decided to replace it with the same model, expecting another solid five years of use. Unfortunately, I was very wrong.This newer version is a major letdown. I charged it fully for 24 hours as instructed, but when I tried to use it, it only vibrated for a second and then shut off. It makes a faint buzzing sound like it's trying to turn on, but it never actually works. I tried recharging it, powering it on multiple times—same result every time.Their website claims: “Prior to initially using your soniclea, you may find that the device is partially charged; this is a process taken during our quality control inspection.” But that’s clearly not true. If this went through any kind of quality check, it never would have been shipped in this condition. (Also worth noting: they misspelled their own product as “soniclea.”)I followed their recommendation to contact customer service if any issues arise. I called multiple times. No one answered, and their voicemail box is full, so you can't even leave a message. Not sure you can even call that “customer service.”This item is made in China, and unfortunately, it seems like the build quality has significantly declined. Judging by recent reviews, I’m not alone. Many people report their Soniclear doesn’t turn on or won’t hold a charge. I’m honestly not sure if the company is just cutting corners now or if they no longer care about quality the way they used to. Either way, this was a waste of money and a frustrating experience. Definitely not the Michael Todd brand I trusted in the past.

Great price, love the product. I missed my old clarisonic. I know the new thing is rubber face cleansing devices but I just don't like them as much. I ordered 2, one for me and one for my son. One of the charging bases was messed up, there was a rattle inside. I contacted them and they shipped me a new charging base.

I had a Clarisonic for 10 years and cried when it died completely on me. I had tried the Luna 3 from Foreo and it stopped working within 3 months. Boughten from Amazon too so I’d stay away from that line. I had my doubts of buying this device from Amazon and my suspicions were correct. It was a dud and the replacement worked. It’s the same as Clarisonic and since I’ve been using it again, I get compliments on my skin. Not too bad for being a man.

This is such a great tool. I've had the same one for over 10 years, and when it finally stopped holding a charge, I ordered this new one. I was frustrated because it wasn't holding a charge either, and I reached out to their customer support. Leah was helpful and responsive, and suggested I let it charge a full 12 hours. So I did that over a week ago, and it's still going off that one charge. Great product and great customer service!

I love my new SONICLEAR!! My face feels the results immediately. I highly recommend the SONICLEAR device to anyone struggling with skin care issues. Customer support is superior and I was treated VIP !! Best affordable investment I've ever made for my skin. Valerie Cookson
