I have burnt my menstrual cups on the stove in the past. I have always been on the lookout for different ways to sterilize my cup and I have always been jealous of having varied products for the same in the West but India was lagging behind. I have already tried their menstrual cup and wash and this sterilizer had to be the next purchase from them and I have not been disappointed at all.This sterilizer makes the entire process of sterilizing quick and hassle-free. No need to wait while boiling the card in a vessel and fear that it might hit the surface and burn.You just need to put the cup in the sterilizer, fill it with water up to the mark in the device (the required amount of water is very less). and plug it on. The entire process takes about 6-8 minutes and once done, the indicator turns off automatically due to auto-cut functionality. I prefer to keep it in the sterilizer for a while for the steam to completely escape the device and for a bit of cool-down. That's all! The cup is completely sterilized and ready to use! That's how easy it is.For me personally, this has made my life so much easier. During the starting days of my period, I used to get very irritated to fetch a vessel, boil the cup and wash it when I have severe cramps and I would just like to pop the cup in and go to bed. This device has completely enabled that. As soon as I know I have got my periods, I just plug it on with the cup in and wait. For other days, I like to sterilize the cup while I am taking the bath. All in all, it is an excellent product to own and makes keeps the menstrual cups clean a lot more easier.

The first best thing was obviously the menstrual cup. After having used a menstrual cup for over 6 months i finally decided to buy this. Now I don't have to worry about burning the cup when I'm boiling it in a pan or sterilizing the cup in the microwave. This has made the sanitizing process so much easier.I decided to buy this instead of the sterilizer from Sirona because this has a big enough space to fit all sizes of cups and sterilize it properly both inside and outside. Also, there was no craziness involved with the power button in this.If you can afford this then definitely go for this because this will save you so much time and energy!

I have used their menstrual cup and it seemed to be okay, so thought of buying their steriliser. It stopped working within a few months. I tried reaching their customer service and after several days they would come back with “we will replace it” and then I would share all my details, and they would go silent. This happened quite a few times. I tried reaching them over all social media platforms and email, but no luck.Finally they did respond over WhatsApp and they replaced the product as it was within the warranty period. Redeemed themselves. I hope this one does not stop working.

A cute device that does it's job efficiently. I've always been scared of boiling my menstrual cup on the gas, should it touch the bottom and melt by chance. The stereliser takes that fear away altogether! It would be a little bulky if one were to consider travelling with it, but other than that it's super great! The build is sturdy, the buttons work and it auto turns off when the water has boiled (remember to turn it off after the light goes off since the device turns on again when its temperature goes down, I think or if it senses a little water remaining)The whole sterilisation and drying process takes about 30 minutes (sterilisation 10 mins and cooling and drying about 20 mins) so if one were to sterelise daily during the cycle choosing a time when you go for a shower might work.Overall: A great buy!!

I have barely used it 4-5 times and product stopped working. Even worse , though product is under warranty, neither seller is responding to complaint raised directly to it or raised through Amazon platform.its already 2 months from raising complaint. Amazon is also back stepping saying its a third party product. They can't do anything in this..after spending sich hight penny for just a sterelizer .. and still getting no support from Amazon and worst after sale service from brand. IF amazon is not taking responsibility, then why we would buy product from this platformInstead it would be better if bought from the outlet itself.probably then they might listen. Shame on Amazon..how they allow such seller and don't keep track of their after sale service.JUST THINK TWICE, THRICE BEFORE SPENDING ON SUCH PRODUCT

This is revolutionary, and I'm so very happy I took the plunge and ordered it. I love my Cups and up until now have been using a pan of water on the hob; cup itself is one of the best things ever invented and now the Safecup steriliser. Easily fill the steriliser with marked water level, one press of the button and in the time it takes to boil and Cup is sterile and you didn't need to put it any effort whatsoever, or watch it so as not to melt the cup or ruin it. I highly recommended, you will not regret it.
