It’s like cutting butter. Every time. :)
I’ve been using this knife for the last ten years or so and I swear by it. Just make sure never to drop it or bang it around. It breaks if you do, it’s quite delicate. Which is why in the last ten years I have gone through three of these. Still pretty good for the joy it gives you while using it. If you use it once, you would not want to use another.
