I ordered this product primarily because of its vitamin C addition to the zinc. Vitamin C is needed to help absorb ferrous sulfate (iron) to increase ferritin levels in the body. Zinc is essential for immune health. The softgel is easy to swallow, too! I will continue to purchase this product, along with my enteric-coated ferrous sulfate (iron), also ordered through Amazon!

So happy I found this small capsule of zinc. Most zinc pills I have bought are large pills. I have a throat issue that made these pills hard to swallow and a choking problem. So happy to find easy to swallow small capsules.

I ordered the Nature's Truth Zinc with Vitamin C | 50mg | 120 Softgels | Non-GMO & Gluten Free Supplement mostly because I find that the softgel is much easier to swallow than the dry tablets. The fact that it has vitamin C in it is a real plus. This saves having to purchase two separate supplements which saves me money.

I am going to have to go back to the regular Zinc since the price on these is already expensive and has gone up.

I take zinc as a supplement during flu season. This also has vitamin C. I believe it keeps me healthy and is easy to swallow. Perfect for me.
