5 Stars for sturdiness and looks
Two of these hooks were purchased. One for a Warn EVO 10S, install was easy. The other for a Warn Zeon 10S, install not so easy. The clasp on the eye-ring was similar in size to Warn Zeon 10S rope. So to install the hook, I had to compress the loop on my rope a bit. Overall I love the look of this hook once installed on the winch. A bit pricy but worth it for the high-quality of the hook. I recommend this hook (and this is not a paid review).

BEST winch hook available!
This is my second Factor 55 Ultra Hook. One is on my Jeep , and this one will go on my Power Wagon. I have been using winches on multiple vehicles, (including UTVs) for many , many years. They are the best tools to have and it seems the hooks have always been cheapo and dangerous, even with beefed up winches. THESE Factor 55 hooks are BEEFY! They are also a gorgeous work of art. I Love the detent pin to lock the hook gate. I really love how they are designed to hold and use in the "Hook Up" orientation... good move by those guys. You can snug the hook up against the fairlead instead of putting a common side bend on the cable during stowage like we've all done for years! I do have a few large 7/8” bow shackles where the 1” pin won't fit into the closed system hole, but then I do just use the hook throat in that case. No biggie. These are WORTH EVERY PENNY.

Looks and works good, used a couple times, worked as described, it is a little pricey but well, I guess it’s a name brand so it is what it is. Love it tho

Rated for pulls! Factor55 is the leader in recovery gear.
This for me is an all in one. Most of my buddies use the Expert (even thought they are not). I like the idea of having a hook for easy attachment to shackles soft or hard. You can also bolt up a shackle directly through the hook for multi line pulls. I gave this a 1 star because it's not a value for the money, It is the premium and you pay a premium for RATED recovery gear. Factor55 uses a C-Clip that needs to be removed and replaced to slide the shear pin to install the rope. It's not difficult but it's also not a quick disconnect soooo, I rated it a 3 star for "easy to install" Remember, you wouldn't want it any other way though. Factor55 has the engineering and research behind why they build it they way they do.

Great Quality! But one exception.
Let's face it, USA made products are more expensive than imports but it keeps Americans working and the quality, 99.9% of the time, is better. This is a very robust hook. I used mine with a new USA made synthetic 3/8" rope on an older (2007) USA made Warn winch that I rehabbed to use on my new 2022 F350. The only thing I didn't like is the cheap zinc plated pin they give you keep the latch from moving. There is also no way to secure it, such as a lanyard so its pretty easy to loose and if you drop it in the mud, forget it. I purchased a stainless steel push button type pin and also added a stainless steel lanyard. Last thing I added was the Rope Guard and didn't have any problems installing it. Search for that product for my review.
