These are 4 ohm drivers. make sure amp can handle the impedance.
I bought these for replacement speakers for some Peavey 112's but accidentally bought 4 ohm instead of 8 ohm. Fortunately, I had a project that they work in and have created the ultimate voice speakers! will be getting the 8 ohm version soon to finish original project. can't beat the price!

Speakers are nice
sounds ok, if you ask me they could have a bit more bass for being a 12 inch but they sound nice. DO NOT BUY FROM AUDIO SAVINGS. I asked them for a discount and they sent me a damaged woofer without giving any discount.
