Good purchase
The product was delivered on time, appropriately packaged, and safely shipped. It was a replacement for Tripp Lite unit that had failed in a home elevator due to an elctrical storm. The repair company wanted quite a bit more money for a new unit compared to Factory Depot, so I purchased it from FD via Amazon. Dealer installed the new unit, and it passed all safety tests. The service tech said it was the same Tripp Lite unit they would have installed. I’m very pleased with the cost savings.

Works like it should
I ordered this produce to replace one I already had. The replacement works just as well as the one I had. My only concern is that it only worked for four years.

Good 220v UPS
Needed for our home elevator. Prior unit was from another company (can't recall) which went south after four year. Wouldn't charge battery, replaced battery, same. Ugh. This unit is working fine, hoping it will last longer. Our elevator company recommended this unit, say they are getting good service life from them.
