Holds up well to strong winds. Makes a pleasant sound.

They seem to be will made. We have another brand, but similar design that are over 40 years, so hopefully these will be just as durable. The sound of the 36" is beautiful, we also ordered a smaller one. It sounds wonderful but prefer the longer, deeper chimes.

Needed to replace a very old wind chime that I'd had for years and had seen better days. This one looked identical to what I had previously, so ordered it as a replacement.A few observations:1. The sound is nice - no complaints.2. The construction is good, but it would be better if the top wood piece that separates the bars had the strings tacked in place so that it doesn't shift over time. I can easily correct this myself with some drops of glue, but it would be nice if it came that way.3. I hadn't seen the sizes (length) of the chimes themselves before ordering. The overall length is the same as what I replaced, but the chimes are not quite as long (which makes the sound a little different) - I wish they were longer. Read through the questions about this product to see the lengths of the pipes; it would be nice if that was right in the product description.4. The product was shipped with no outer box clearly showing what it was, and the box was not even sealed. I was concerned that maybe something could have fallen out of it in shipping, but since it is fully assembled that was not a problem. Still, the box could be packaged better for shipping - at least sealed.No other comments - it's up and chiming away - seems like it is well constructed and will last a long time.

We love these tuned chimes as they gently sway in the breeze on our porch. The sounds are beautiful and harmonic. The items is built sturdy and will give years of use. This is a wonderful gift for anyone to have in their garden or around the yard. We highly recommend it.

My wife passed away almost one year to the day. A client of my son gave him Nature's Harmony wind chimes with a note: "Hear your Mom's voice every day in your heart." I was never touched so much in my life as with such a practical gift and sentiment. Recently a relative and a friend accompanied me to visit another relative for a few days. All three days of our visit there was a steady breeze and the soothing sound of wind chimes was mentioned and they lamented that they had not yet purchased a set. As a token of appreciation for the hospitality making the visit memorable, we ordered Nature's Harmony wind chimes to be sent to our hosts. They are thrilled, hung them immediately and enjoy them very much. I have not seen or heard the chimes that we sent, but from my personal experience of similar chimes by the same company and the enthusiastic response of my family, five stars is well deserved. If you don't have wind chimes, you don't know the pleasure you are missing. You will never be sorry for the purchase or the joy you could give someone else as a gift.

I purchased this model for my SO after receiving a different model for xmas from my ex.We have two houses, one with a lot of trade wind off the ocean, and the other high on a mountain with also a lot of heavy breeze.These chimes are the best I've ever owned, bar none. First, they are weighty - so they are not creating a huge amount of noise, even in heavy wind.The tubes are perfectly tuned - and play nice melodies. The wood is extremely sturdy.Once reviewer mentioned that it did not produce noise for him in breeze... it defiantly produces less than many other wind chimes - which I consider a benefit.Very 'zen'.
