It's very subtle, but seems to work
Bought this for my wife who suffers severe insomnia. Arrived yesterday. Takes a 2 hour charge, by the way. I turned it on. Couldn't even feel it. But my wife used it on her left wrist, and she said she felt it, very lightly. She woke up 3 times, as usual, but got back to sleep quickly each time, so in our house that's a success. It's very subtle. I can't even feel it.2 month update. I still cannot feel this thing vibrating but my wife & son can. It clearly seems to help my wife sleep better, most nights, but it's not a cure. It certainly beatsThe heavy duty drugs, which frightens my wife.

Unhappy customer
Was excited to get it to help with sleep. Charged it and it worked for 15 minutes then just stopped. I powered it in and off a few times and nothing. Now I have to drive 30 minutes to a UPS store to return it.

Hand held Anxiety relief
This has been very helpful for my daughter's anxiety and stress relief. We were hoping it would help her get to sleep too, but it's an improvement and we're pleased!

Shocking!
Did not help me sleep at all, one setting was feeling nothing and moving up one gave me uncomfortable micorshocks.
