Ciips too stiff (how-to), double- and/or single-stack...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and great value
I, and it seems many others, have trouble getting the holster onto the belt/waistband (WB) because the spring clips are too stiff. I know the picture shows the clips on the WB AND belt, but I have a much easier time getting the clips on just the WB. Those "too-tight" clips are then perfect for gripping the WB material, probably work as well on suit pants as jeans. And since the clips are inside the belt, the clips are very hidden from casual view on a dark belt. I would recommend NOT trying to loosen the clips, easy to over-do it.With regard to magazines, both Glock single- and double-stack mags DO fit in (yes, I did it, promise), but trying to insert two double-stacks may be too snug, especially if you carry it at 3 or 9 o'clock where the hip point makes contact. It takes some force to get double-stack started, since it is a friction hold, but then it just pushes down, and I'm a boomer pencil-neck geek. No problem drawing from a force perspective, but the mags ride low and are can be difficult to grasp until you've practiced. The nice thing is, the mags are less likely to print.May not work well for hip (3/9) position. I position the holster at left 'appendix' = 11 o'clock; I notice it is there, just like the EDC on the other side. I wear it against skin, and the surface contact so far isn't abrasive or sweaty (68F ambient). As a test, I had it on with 1 single stack mag in the forward pouch (rearward makes slight side contact with my hip, didn't want to rub) and my EDC, sitting down, and forgot I had it on. Seriously, I got up after an hour of phone calls, and realized I was still kitted up!I use a Raven Concealment Vanguard II clip-on trigger-guard for my EDC; the same tech would work well for this product for hooking the belt instead of friction, and if fact Raven has such a product for double-stack, adjustable perhaps down to single-stack. I'm still going to wear THIS item, though, until it gives me a reason not to.I hope this helps folks who are considering returning the product and/or leaving a terrible review. Try the above, see if my how-to changes your mind.

They really are comfortable
They fit in the waistband nicely, retain the mags very well but i would not recommend them for double stack 9/45, those get a little tight. That said, they will work with double stack 9/45 if you just need the added comfort they provide.

Single stack only.
This IWB mag pouch is single stack only. Whoever wrote the description is not a firearms person and has no clue what they are talking about. That said, the product itself seems to do the job. There are no odd threads or lining that poke into you when wearing it.The rise above the waist band is high enough for a clean draw. The pouch is not ridged and hugs the hip line well enough to allow carrying two in line, for a total of 4 mags. Putting your round count on par with double stack users. The clip had good retention in sweat pants, jeans and slacks. I had no riding or movement during fire and maneuver drills. The only drawback is seating the mags when you are wearing the rig. Not an issue in live fire situations, but a PITA doing quals or practice on the range.I'll follow-up in several months with how they hold up to daily duty wear.DocLead InvestigatorPersonal Protection Officer

They work
I bought a rock island 1911, have a bunch of 8rnd mags, and didn't like the idea of everything being outside the waistband. These do need to be broken in for about two weeks, but they hold pretty good. The clips are hell at first, stiff as can be, but eventually either they loosen up a little or your fingers get tougher. I keep one on me, another on my range bag, and keep the third empty if the other ones break somehow. They're pretty well built, but can dig into you when sitting down (not too bad). They hide well so no one knows you're wearing it, and drawing from these is easy once you practice a little. I personally love these, despite the clip being the only downside for being so stuff.

Great beginner magazine holsters
For the money, these magazine holsters will be fine. I will wear these clipped to my pant belt which will make the exposed orientation opposite of how they were designed ( magazines facing toward my body instead of facing away) I can still have quick access to each magazine and I won’t have to buy a new selection of pants with a larger waist size just to accommodate the “correct orientation” and concealed design of the holsters. As far as durability..... I just got these so I cannot insert a valid review.Sturdiness is another question mark.... but they are made with a steel belt clip, a steel rivet, leather and neoprene and double stitched. Time will tell how sturdy the magazines were made. One more thing, they could be clipped to a divider in a range bag just to keep the bag a little more organized.

Works well for the job!
Good material! Holds my hellcat pro mags no problem! Only wish there was a nipple on end of clip to ensure it won’t pull off like the utili clips!
