Some skewers are very thin and don't hold meat and veggies very well. These Kabob skewers are perfect width and securely keep food from "spinning" on skewers when turning them on grill.

These do the job really well. I use these on a kettle grill, and they’ve been fine for both closed lid smoking heats and open lid grilling. The blunted tips are a good safety feature, but it’s still effective for puncturing food on there. The wide flat design vs cylindrical is preferable to me because food feels more stable when flipping (meats / bell peppers stay in place better).5/5 will get more of these if I ever need a catering amount!

I bought these skewers for camping use and they are very nice.The metal seems good and so far I haven't had any problems with warping or rust....... Tip for camping use......I have recently seen some items on the market for skewering and roasting over a campfire. These look nice but I have been doing something similar since I was little.(A LONG time ago).. I use these flat skewers because round ones let the meat or veggies turn instead of pointing a new edge toward the fire.. We used to use flattened sticks for this but ...You take a couple of long sticks and sharpen the points so they drive into the ground easier. The sticks should be about forearm length but experiment and see what length works best for YOU.Once you have the sticks in the ground on each side of where you want the fire but NO FARTHER APART THAN THE SKEWER IS LONG , take a hand or folding saw and cut a notch in the top of each stick for the skewer to set in .. This will hold the skewer edge up when turned..If you are roasting something bigger (like a chicken) place two skewers thur with the rings on opposite sides and make the notch deep enough to hold both skewers edge up when they are turned that way.I know I didn't explain this very well but maybe this will give you some ideas to EXPERIMENT with... Camping is supposed to be fun afterall.

These are a great product for making shish kabobs. you can fit so much on them and the handle is really convenient. Perfect thickness and length. Super easy to clean. Great value

These work well for a fun fresh fruit display/serving (which is what we got and used them for at a party) but are a bit short and more flexible than I want for making grilled kabobs - (I have a set of 4 grill skewers that are twice as long and half as flexible that work much better for grilling). They have not been used a lot and have been well cared for, and there is no rust a year later (good!).

These skewers are just the right portion size. They're thin enough to thread small vegetables and sturdy enough to hold beef or lamb. An excellent choice!
