Q: Does it fit new jersey e-zpass transponders?

Yes I have it on my E-ZPass which assume is the same size in all states but I'm in Jersey and it fits mine well..

Q: Does ez pass still work with this on or do i need to take cover off to go through a toll?

I use my cover over my ez transponder to hide the white color. It works with the cover. You do not need to remove the cover when going through the toll. My is mounted on the front of my motorcycle fairing using a suction cup retainer. Works for me.

Q: does it come with Velcro adhesive strips?

No, it does not. However the product leaves enough space (on the back side) for the standard adhesive strips to be used without issues.

Q: Is there one that fits the ez pass flex?

I am not sure what the ez pass flex is. It fits perfectly over my ez pass and is very discreet.
