I have been very happy with my phone. It was very easy to set up and arrived in a great condition. It charges very quickly and the battery lasts for a long time.

The Dual Sim isn't available as the sim manager isn't accessible to use 2 sims, tried it then research that it may or may not, depending on which model us or uk 🤔 as for everything else phone is good.

I bought this phone for my boyfriends birthday it arrived and I turned it on and everything was fine. When it came to his birthday I surprised him with the new phone and the screen wouldn't turn on, it made noise like it was on but nothing came up on the screen. Eventually after working with it for half an hour the screen turned on but since then it constantly glitches and the screen will just go black and not turn on a for a while. Because I bought it for a birthday present once we noticed the issues it was too late for a refund so now I have just wasted money on a phone that doesn't even work. So if you are thinking of buying one DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. And I just don't understand why someone would think it's ok to send an item like this to a paying customer 😡

Arrived today 21/03, early days but so far it's perfect not a mark on it, it's running great/smooth.

I have had this phone for 2 years exactly and the battery just keeps over heating, this is the second referb I have had and I will never buy another refreshed phone. they just dont last. I have had samsungs from new that have gone on for 5 years. some people might think 2 years is a long time but I certainly dont. I've given 4 stars because it did work but then it stopped backing up and glitches out. Another was purchased for a family member and it's not been great.
