Honestly: Storm has been 100% since the day we started feeding it, about 6 months. Nary a runny bowel movement in sight, and not nearly as odiferous. It's changed her life. She's twice as active, and her coat is just AWESOME. Q: What is the difference between this product and Blue Buffalo Wilderness Grain Free Dry Cat Food, Chicken Recipe, 12-Pound Bag

This is a chicken and brown rice blend and it is a 15 pound bag. Since it contains brown rice, barley, and oatmeal, I don't think it's technically "grain-free". However it does not contain any corn, wheat, or soy products.The ingredient list does include different veggies (sweet potato, peas, etc) as well as antioxidant-rich fruit (pomegranate, blueberries). There are a variety of supplemental vitamins added, too. As with all Blue Buffalo products (I think), the first ingredient listed is meat (in this case deboned chicken) so that constitutes the greatest proportion of all the ingredients listed. It also notes that it doesn't contain any chicken/poultry by-product meals.

At PetSmart, the hairball version that I buy is $37 on sale. I think regular price is $40.

I have the same problem. My cats gobbled up this cat food like a teen with chocolate (especially my little male) and then suddenly they turn their noses up and will hardly eat it. I wondered if it has something to do with the problem of getting supplies due to the pandemic. Maybe something is not the same? I also cannot get the wet food my 2 girls loved. haven't seen it since mid 2020.
