Pain relief
I buy these for my plantar fasciitis really make a difference, i like the 3/4 design. Only downfall is they dont stick super solid so when you put on shoes you have to adjust the position inside shoe

Dr. Foot's 3/4 Length Orthotics Insoles - Corrects Over-Pronation, Fallen Arches, great support.
Great quality product, but - my husband needs the right foot insole only. It would be extremely helpful for people like him who need this product for just one foot due to a slight height variation and the over pronation caused to his right foot after his back surgery. This is permanent and a very common problem for many. It would be a godsend if you could sell two of same foot insoles in the same package. Either the left or the right - two of the same one. Then this premimum priced product would be a whole let better price wise for those having to buy more than one set. As the way it is now this product gets to be really expensive when having to have to buy another full set when only one right foot insole is needed. Seems a huge waste when one of the insoles is worthless. The Dr. Foot's 3/4 length Orthotics insole works very well and as designed.

Life Savers!
As I have gotten older, I have developed many problems with my feet. It has made buying shoes difficult because literally nothing is comfortable. These insoles have been life savers. I put them in my new cowboy boots. Before I had them, my feet would throb if I stood for any time at all. With them, I can wear the boots for several hours before my feet hurt. I even wore them through the airport on my way to Vegas. My feet did wonderful! Love love love these and will get more for my other shoes.

Outstanding
These are the BEST(for pronation/flat feet). I’ve tried more than 20 insoles, I have orthotic inserts from the podiatrist, and even shoes where my foot was 3D molded and the orthotic was made in the lab and put into the shoe. And these are better. I keep searching because. I have severe ankle issues on one ankle due two spraining it both directions severe enough to break the bone. I’ve torn enough ligaments that years later two ligaments are still completely torn, my Achilles is coming apart, and the outer fractured bone never reunited, just all messed up. But the podiatrist said if we can just fix the position, almost all of the problems would go away. This fixed it. This is the closest I’ve felt to feeling normal. And, oddly, while some of the other corrective pronation shoes and inserts and orthotics fix the flat foot position, they seem to rotate it outwardly in a manner that it feels much more susceptible to rolling an ankle. Somehow, maybe because they are shorter in length, these don’t. They fix the position of the pronates foot without making you feel like you could roll your ankle if you’re not careful. I can run around in these and change direction and my feet feel really planted and stable. Just amazing. A second pair is in the mail now but I’m going to order a few more for all my shoes. Right now I’m wearing the orthopedic shoes the podiatrist ordered for me, I’ve taken the lab orthotics out because these are that much better. I was hesitant to buy them at first because they are short, but maybe that’s the secret ingredient, I don’t know. They did something right. I’ve just got them on top of a flat standard cheap foam insert now (so the end of my foot will be on top of an insole) and it’s already like magic. Soon enough I’ll try it on top of a flat gel or flat memory foam and see if that’s better, it will probably feel even better. In case you haven’t used these shorter ones yet, I have because I have some orthotics that aren’t full length, it’s better to put them on top of a flat insole because when you pull the one out of the shoe, by where your toes touch isn’t made for you to wear without an insole. So yes, wear these on top of one, just a flat one, otherwise it just throws everything off. That’s it. Had to write a review after finding an end to all this searching. This one is beating everything else I’ve tried. And I can run around and change direction and my foot still feels planted. Amazing.

I had high hopes.
And maybe they'll get better but I think the search is back on. I started working 12 hr shifts at the clinic and I've been on my feet the whole time. I've been ending my day with pain on top of my foot at the ankle. Well I've tried these a few days now and I don't seem to have that issue as much but now my arches feel bruised. I also tend to roll my ankle outward/supinate and this didn't seem to help with that issue for me. I'm sure they work for someone but hopefully I'll find something soon.

Great arch support, my go to for insoles
I really love these insoles, these are now my second pair since I've worn the first pair down. I walk A LOT with my side job as a dog walker and for the longest time, I would get ankle and knee pain. These have really helped cut down the pain I've been feeling and walks have been a lot more comfortable since. The insoles do wear down after time, depending on how much you walk in them. But I think for the price it IS worth it to invest in a pair every few months.

No help for pronation
Purchased these because they said it would help with pronation, they weren't designed at all for this and the illustrations on the product page are very misleading.

No Complaints thus far!!
I had Bunion Surgery on my Right Foot 8/12/21 and will be getting my Left Foot done as well probably come February 2022. My Podiatrist recommended that I purchase 3/4" Orthotic Arch Support Inserts. He did suggest Spenco, but due to the Cost I wanted to try these as they got good Reviews. I decided not to use the adhesives on each insert so that I could use these in another pair of Shoes if I decided to. Overall, these do give great Arch Support. I notice that when I wear them, my Right Foot that I had Surgery on has less pain. They don't slide despite not using the adhesive. For the Price, I'm definitely satisfied. Do I feel like I'm walking on clouds? No, but they do provide comfort and support. They fit my sneakers no problem, I have yet to try them inside of Boots but expect no issues. I like that due to them being 3/4" inserts your toes can move freely. I'd recommend these. I'll give an Update if they start wearing down too soon. Once my next Surgery is complete and I'm healed, I definitely plan on buying brand new Sneakers and another pair of Inserts. I'll keep these in mind!
