Birkenstock Women's Birko-Flor Gizeh Silver Bflor

These are my first pair of Birkenstocks and I'm in love with them! Usually it takes me close to a month to break in my shoes to a point where I can at least wear them comfortably to the grocery store and back home. I wore these sandals for a few hours the night I received them and didn't want to take them off. I've been wearing them every chance I get now! I did have some stretch-like pain in the arch of my foot for a couple wears but that's likely due to my other shoes having zero arch support. The toe post isn't irritating at all and the buckle didn't rub either. These are super comfortable! The size conversion from EU to US sizing is great, they fit very well. My feet are on the wider side and they do stick out a bit, but not a huge amount. The birkoflor upper material doesn't look cheap or plastic-like which is nice. I would have gotten the brown leather if my size was in stock, but I am very happy with the black. I also love that these don't look like an orthopedic shoe like some sandals with good arch support do. They're very modern looking and can go with anything. My mom was checking them out and was surprised when she saw they were Birksenstocks. They are certainly a splurge but if you appreciate good quality and wear your shoes to death like me, then I don't think you'll be disapointed. My grandma has a pair of Birkenstocks that she wears regularly during the summer and I can't remember her NOT having them around. I plan on getting lots of use out of these this summer so I can bring them to Mexico next February!

I have flat feet, and recently had an ankle surgery that I am still recovering from. With a family vacation coming up - and lots of walking to look forward to - I needed a sandal that I could wear for hours without discomfort. I hesitated to buy a "Birkenstock" sandal (No "hippies" in this house!), but the reviews won me over. So glad I took the plunge!First, shipping was faster than anticipated - they arrived 2 days earlier than stated. Next, yes, they were a little stiff when I first slipped them on. But I knew better than to try wearing them for long periods of time until they were broken in. After wearing them every few days for an hour or two at a time, they are getting more and more comfortable. I fully expect to be able to do miles of walking without any aches in my feet or ankles. And these are far more stylish than they typical Arizona-style Birk. I can wear them with jeans, dresses, or shorts, and they are CUTE! Well worth the $$. I KNOW I'll be buying more next summer.PS - I bought the color "Graceful Licorice". It's black. Not as shiny as patent, but not a flat black. I'd call it a satin black.

Go size smaller!! I wear 8 to 8 1/2 I need a 38 in women's Birkenstock. Love these shoes! They are helping my back and legs and hips and cute. Toe post taking some getting used to as it is very thick. This is my first try with Birkenstock. I got carried away and ordered 3 pair(2 styles) which are all too big because I ordered the 39(which shows it SHOULD be right). I am urging my daughter with bigger feet to wear them as I can't return them after wearing(please don't you do it either.. GROSS)** I have now gotten 3 pairs of the 38M and they are perfect for me where the toe bar hits and just enough room in footbed. Free shipping and returns with Amazon means you should try a couple sizes to be sure. When they fit the way they should these shoes are incredible once you get them broken in.

I love birkis for their comfort, great feet support, high quality and durability. The ones I ordered this time fit perfectly, love them! Check the size chart carefully if you order first time. I am 36 EUR size, so always order 5 US size.

LOVE! I bought these in the birko-flor material and honestly, you wouldn't know they weren't leather. They're so soft and look amazing. I try to stay away from real leather as much as possible, and when shopping for birks I really thought I was going to have to bite the bullet and go with all leather. Thankfully they offer alternatives and the quality is amazing!For the size, I wear a women's 7.5 and ordered the 37's. They were. Little uncomfortable at first, but most shoes that actually form to your foot are at first, but now they are hands down the most comfortable sandal I own. Love them!

LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE!!! Since I got them, based on other reviews, I decided to wear them a couple hours here and there to wear them in. They are a bit stiff the first few times wearing them. Now that I've worn them in, just a couple weeks of wear, I am sooooo in love with them. I got the black straps and they go with EVERYTHING. You can dress them UP or down. PERFECT SHOES!!! Worth the investment.Also, I usually have to wear a wide width, but on the widest strap hole, these fit perfectly. The sides of my feet are right along the edge of the shoe, making it the perfect fit, if my feet were any wider it would be a problem, but I consider my feet pretty damn wide and these fit just fine. Go right ahead and see for yourself! I'm in LOVE!

I got these for my trip to disneyworld in May, and sure happy I did cause they are very comfy.There are big "toe grips" that I find a little uncomfy, but from what I've heard you just keep to "break them in" as they do mold to your feet.I read the reviews before buying and happy I did. have a size 7 foot which means I should have been a 38, but noticed a few people say size down a bit, so I did and the 37 fit perfectly!I would recommend!

Got these before a trip to Europe and so glad I did!! They went with everything from jeans to dresses to shorts. They're so comfortable and sturdy I was able to walk all day and into the night with no discomfort which is huge for me as I often have heel pain. I usually wear an 8.5 and ordered size 39 and they fit perfectly! I tried a Target version of these shoes but the quality was no where near what these offer - worth the extra money because I know they will last!!
