Q: Would this epoxy work well as a food grade filler/finish on a wooden bowl?

So far I am very pleased with this product. Per company statement, it is food safe!!! Which was very important to me!! I find that it heardens better than other table top epoxies, but you need to be patient and give it at least 24hrs to cure (the instructions say 36hrs). So far it fills my wood voids (holes, cracks... and such) very well. It pours very smoothly, and seems to have less air bubbles than other table top epoxies I've tried. But there are some air bubbles. It has a thin viscosity so it "fills" rather nicely. It sands very easily and has not yet gummed up like other epoxies. And it polishes well with the finer grit papers. So far so good!!! If this track continues, I have found my new go to epoxy!!!

Q: How long to stir for mixing?

Q: If I am trying to use this one a surface that cannot lay flat, how bad will the run-off be?

Depends on the surface. I use it on cups and they have to be consistently turned a quarter turn every 15 minutes for two hours to keep them from running.
