I will ALWAYS swear by this. Im 18 and have been biting my nails since I was 4. Never been able to paint my natural nails because it looked bad, always wearing acrylics and tearing my nail beds off, and always being self conscious of them. If you look up a picture of stubby short nail beds, a picture of mine would probably pop up. Used this product for a month, and im astounded. I’m so incredibly happy of how much they’ve grown, and am finally painting my nails right now for the first time in forever. This helped my son stop biting his nails. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that it wears off throughout the day, so it requires re-application. Hard to motivate an 8 year old boy to keep painting his nails so he will stop biting them... but, it does taste gross, and he did eventually stop!

I bought this in late October. We’ve been using it like clockwork before school, after school, after baths. It worked in the beginning then it’s like my daughter got used to the taste and didn’t care. Now I’m back to the same desperation trying to find something to keep her from chewing her nails off. Not super happy with the product. Definitely doesn’t work for stubborn chewers

The reason I specified you should have polish remover is because I used to be a nail biter and I bought this without knowing you needed a specific remover and cotton pads/balls for it. Maybe it’s not a super common mistake, but it oughta help somebody. Anyway, I’ve been using this very regularly, and it works incredible! The taste is definitely disgusting, and putting this on really helped me avoid biting my nails. It also dries really fast compared to other nail polishes, which is super nice and convenient for regular use. Generally, I’d totally recommend this!

The liquid acts like a glue and seals the lid shut so you cannot open the bottle. I bought 3 of these and it happened to all of them. After the first couple of uses the liquid glues the lid of the bottle permanently closed.
