I read how to measure for the correct size and read all the reviews. A few people stated that the were stiff and they could not get them in their shoes at all or that they could not place the softer insoles over the top with them in because it was too tight on the toes. I think the key is to go down a size or so. I measured at a 9.25 for the length when standing with your heel against the wall and that would have been a woman's shoe size of 7.5-8. The next size down from the chart was a shoe size of 6-6.5. I ordered that. They are perfect and very comfortable with the softer insole on top of them. You have to really open up the shoe to get everything in place, then lace them as you like. I had to buy 2, the cost was $127.51.

Ich habe seit versucht das Prpdukt zurückzusenden, abder dies ist unmöglich. Amazon gibt keine Rücksendeoption bei diesem Produkt, auch wenn es defekt ankommt.Das grenzt an Betrug, kann mir nicht virstellen wieso eine Rücknahme nicht erlaubt sein sollte.

Die Sohlen (eine Nummer kleiner gekauft als die Schuhgröße) liegen nicht flach auf der Schuhsohle auf. Dadurch nehmen sie, obwohl sie sehr dünn sind, in der Höhe zuviel Platz weg und drücken den Fuss nach oben, was an der Fussoberseite Druckstellen verursacht. Habe es in vier verschiedenen Schuhen probiert, immer dasselbe Problem. Die Schmerzen sind mit der Sohle stärker als ohne. Umtausch oder Rückgabe nicht möglich.
