Omg, I can’t even. This stuff works so well! I placed over my epoxy white undercoat countertop and it’s fab! If you’re looking for affordable this is it! Used 1/2 of 4oz for my entire counter!

I make items using silicone molds. Had been using a clear 2 part epoxy resin that I really liked, however, needed to find a different brand that was less costly. Found this brand of resin, ordered the 8 oz kit, to try it out, was very easy to work with. I warmed both bottles first in warm water, then mixed equal parts of resin and hardener in a plastic cup. Poured some jewelry molds, as well as fresh flower buds in a mini glass cup, and a larger piece, which needs layering.Practically no odor, a real plus for me as I don't tolerate strong odors.Let all pieces set overnight, (I was a little concerned as directions said to cure resin at 70+ degrees; however our house is cooler than this;) the next day, all the resin pieces had set up hard, and clear.Am very pleased with this resin. It is an exacting kind of thing to work with; need to measure equal parts of each bottle, plus need to stir adequately. I found stirring with a wooden craft stick for 4 - 5 minutes worked well. Had to pour my molds relatively fast, as there didn't seem to be a huge amount of pot time, about 10 minutes from when resin is mixed. Not a problem tho, I just need to be sure to get all my add-ins and embellishments ready to go before I mix the resin. After I poured my resin pieces, I used a heat gun to remove bubbles; this worked great.Will return to order a larger size of this resin.

It’s easy to do but I wish it had more direction how to make it better like make sure it’s exactly 50/50 and mix for 5-7 min

I have a plastic boat and I was driving it on the highway to go take it out in the lake and the boat fell off the trailer got damaged so I was able to use this product to repair the damage I mean it was like big 3" holes and of course I had to use some other material but this epoxy glue and hardener, works very well, This section is an update,. I'm still using the boat and the repair is actually stronger than the material that makes the boat itself seriously holding up pretty well.

This ended up working for me because my project was small, but this was way more expensive than it should be for the amount of product you get.

I use this product to coat an outdoor tabletop. I did not last the summer. It turned yellow and I had to try and remove it. In fact, I ordered additional produce to try again and it turned yellow before I mixed and applied it. I sent an email to East Coast Resin asking what to do and they did not bother to respond to my email. Amazon was good about refunding my cost on the second order.The description clearly states that the Crystal Clear Resin and Hardener for Super Gloss Coating is for tabletops and is UV, SCRATCH AND WATER-RESISTANT. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
