Men's Viking Helmet with Horns and Spike

This Viking Helmet is certainly for men and fits them perfectly. I needed 17 helmets for a performance and was pleased with the quality and thickness of the plastic. The two horns fit into the slots easily and stay in place. I was worried they would rotate downwardly, but they don't. At the end of the performance, I could dismantle the horns from the helmet quickly and store them easily as the helmets stacked inside one another once the horns were removed. If you are pondering the purchase of the helmets with the brown fur that circles the horns that look similar to these, then DON'T BUY THOSE with fur. Instead, purchase these as they are the exact same item without the fur and then you can go to your local fabric store and purchase the fur material yourself. I made this mistake and wasted eight dollars per helmet I purchased from a different vendor. The Viking Helmets with fur have fur detached in a ring that slides on the horns and because they move around they don't look right.. For the extra price you could make those yourself. THESE HELMETS ARE WONDERFUL and much more affordable.

This helmet worked well for my viking costume. As a woman, this was definitely a bit big for my head. It slid down a little bit but overall was reasonably comfortable for all-night wear. The price can't be beat and I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a cheap viking helmet for a costume!

The horns hurt the scalp because of the way the product is made

I just wanted a viking hat. Idk why.It's plastic-y, but the details don't make it look too cheap. And it certainly will not fall apart anytime soon. The fit is as expected, although my hair is sometimes SUPER BIG so getting this thing over that beast is a task in itself. For most of the time, it just sits on my dresser as great conversation starter for anyone who walks into my room.

Bought for my 8 year old son who wanted to be a Viking. He loves to watch "How to Train Your Dragon." The helmet is plastic, but pretty sturdy. The helmet is just a little big for him, but he doesn't seem to mind. I will probably go and get some foam from the hardware store though, just so it fits better. It does fit my head, so it could be used for an adult as well.

I wish I could give a good review but I never received the helmet from the seller and I failed to keep a copy of the confirmation which was my error. I'll never do that again. Hopefully, the seller will do good by this and send the helmet which has already been paid for.

I got this for a girls weekend and while they fit some of us, they were a bit tight on the rest. The plastic is pretty flimsy and the horns didn't sit flush in a few of the hats. But for $5, what do you expect, right?If you're looking for a halloween thing or a gag gift, this is a fine product. However, if you need it for something more important, then I'd find a better quality item.

its a plastic helmet, don't expect anything else, but its big and funny, and the horns are removable. seller took FOREVER to get it to me though
