This belt fits for what I need. Just needed some lumbar support to avoid back injury. I would say that it’s not the best belt I’ve seen I.e like the old school leather back belt my father had. But it has strong Velcro, fits my plus size figure, and supports my core.

What I like the most about this belt is attached with two Velcro supports along with one major support. It Helps me keep my back straight all the time during the time I wear. I would highly recommend this product to everyone. Worth to buy in this price range.

larger than sizing advertised, minor/weak support. Comfortable enough and has a small bit of usefulness. Wouldn't repurchase. I've only had it a day, so if longer term it seems better than stated, I'll update this review.

I wanted a simple belt without frills and complication and this one fits my needs. It’ll fit ample midsections and can strap to a quite small shape if tightened. Velcro holds securely without loosening when sitting down. It’s quite comfortable to wear for hours in end. Nothing seems to pinch in any weird places so far. Good value, I recommend.
