Very cold drinks, very quiet! My office is a comfortable 70+ degrees and still these drinks are SO COLD. There is no sound or heat coming off the fridge. It stays under my desk and I was curious if it would cause heat to get trapped and warm up my legs but it has not done this even a little bit.It came with a little shelf and also a rack on the door which I removed easily. I store 4 sodas and one protein shake in there at a time. I got black to blend into the dark under my desk and it is totally unnoticeable. It also came with a car plug and you can switch from cooling to warming, but I don’t plan to use those features.

Very helpful customer service! The fridge worked perfectly for a couple of months, and then started not getting as cold as I needed it to (40 degrees max). I contacted the company and they were able to help me troubleshoot and ended up sending me a new one once it was determined to be unfixable.

I purchased my Crownful 4-liter portable cooler and warmer in July 2023; it's on continuously in my home, using the "cold" setting.There's not a way to regulate the temperature, and occasionally, there's some ice buildup on the back inside wall. When the ice melts, and at other times when condensation develops, I have to wipe up water from the interior. While this is inconvenient, in my case, it poses no danger to the items that I'm refrigerating (canned cat food).And, unfortunately, the unit recently stopped cooling. I'm getting assistance from customer service on that.Some advice on the customer service that's available:There is indeed a way to reach customer support by email; it's listed on the Crownful website (along with other ways to find the company online).And if you register your product on the company's website, you'll get 12-month product-replacement insurance (compared with the 30-day replacement/refund window offered by Amazon).

i never leave reviews but i had to on this one because the customer service is above and beyond! i purchased this mini fridge in pink in May 2023 and it just stopped working today. i contacted their customer service team and they offered to send me a new fridge even thought it is out of warranty.i use it to keep my skincare and face and eye masks cold and it works perfectly, and fits perfectly on my bathroom counter. pulling a freshly cold eye mask out of it in the morning is such a treat!

I bought this for my nursery to keep bottles for when I breast pump, and this is such a game changer. I live in a two story house so having this upstairs makes pumping - especially in the middle of the night - more convenient.

Meh. Drinks are cool but not cold. It is very lightweight and compact. It feels a bit flimsy. We'll see how well it holds up.

This fridge has been such a necessary and smart purchase for me. I have health issues and need to keep some food close by in case my blood sugar gets too low (hypoglycemia), so I needed a little fridge for my bedroom. I got the pink one and it's been great! It holds the items I need and even has a little pocket on the inside of the door where I store my cutlery to eat when my blood sugar is low. My daughter is jealous and wants one for her masks and facial products. It's handy, it's not noisy, and it's white noise at that. It can also heat items or keep them heated. I've had to use it in the car more than once to make sure I've got my proteins and sugars close by. It fits perfectly on the passenger side floor and incluse plugs for using it in the car on the go. There's also a shelf if you want to use it. So versatile. I highly recommend this cute fridge.P. S. The customer service is great should you need anything.
