Nice Umami Flavor
For medical reasons, I had to find a substitute for soy sauce which is high in sodium. Brag’s coconut aminosgive the same umami. Although sweeter than soy, I’m pleased how easily it can be substituted in recipes calling for soy sauce. This is a good sized bottle at a very competitive price. I will be a return customer.

Great product. I am allergic to soy products and this is a perfect replacement for soy sauce. I have been able to recreate favorite recipes that I had to give up.

Im so excited. These coconut aminos are BETTER than soy sauce.The only reason I even tried it was because it have 2 or less carbs.Boy am I happy I did!I use this sauce for marinating meat.Braggs Rules!

That it's ok as a soy sauce substitute, but it's sweet, it's more of a hoisin flavor.
