Nice looking bed and has held up well. We bought this as a short term use, but have kept it in our master bedroom.

The bed frame is nice quality and looks very solid for the price point. This bed is used for our guest bedroom so I can’t speak for longevity with daily use. I would highly recommend this product. It was shipped on time and packaged very well. Assembly was very easy.

I LOVE this bed frame. It is one of my favorite purchases from Amazon. Very sturdy, beautiful color, easy assembly and great value. I have had this bed frame for years now and it's still as perfect as the day it was rereceived. It is positioned under my window which receives a lot of sun and there is no fading as well. A+++

Arrived earlier than estimated. Headboard and frame looks great. Easy to assemble but best with two people. Painted a dark brown but looks fine with antique bronze lamps and drawer handles.

Minor product damage (some surface scratches). Biggest issue was FedEx losing the package, a week late. DBC was I top of situation and made all things good. Appreciate it.

First and foremost, the customer service (Lisa) was OUTSTANDING. We encountered a difficult shipping problem with FedEx and Lisa was energetic and tenacious in working through the problem to insure that we received the bed we ordered. She stayed in close touch throughout the process and she was clearly committed to the right outcome. I am grateful for her help and would clearly give 10 stars for the seller.The bed exceeded all expectations. Although it did not exactly match the photo (number of intermediate posts), it is a beautiful piece of furniture. Very solid and sturdy.Assembly was not difficult, but I would offer the following advice. (1) Ideally, this is a two-person job -- holding side rails and struts while attaching to head- and foot-boards; (2) if following the printed instructions -- complete step #5 (sub-assembly of cross supports) before attaching these to the side bars (step #4) -- I anticipated this and saved a lot of time and difficult space constraints). --- my only complaint - one 1/4" bolt was shipped without threads and I had to buy a 45 cent replacement.In total - a great purchase!

This bed is very well made and is very sturdy. Love the look and the quality. So glad I bought it

The bed has about a 4 inch gap between mattress and footboard or headboard. You either lose your pillow between the headboard and mattress or your blankets fall off the end of the mattress and footboard. It appears that the holes were drilled lower on one side than the other leaving the bed leaning to one side.It’s been the Bain of my existence. I have bad knees so trying to fix this is not something I can. I would have returned it had I not discarded the box a month before my daughter could put the bed together.Very disappointing and waste of money.It’s been a year and now the frame has to be replaced the tin support legs have broken and gouged my hardwood floors. I’ve now had to spend a $100 for a new bed frame to replace this one. I’ll use the headboard and footboard but that’s a lot of money for a cheap metal bed. $400 for this bed and $100 for the new frame. Don’t waste your money.Update:I now have to replace the entire bed because a universal frame will not connect to tue headboard and footboard. The headboard and food board bolt holes are about half inch higher than the standard universal bed frame so I can’t use a u oversaw bed frame to support this bed unless I want to get rid of the headboard and footboard deeming this bed junk. So, the bed has been put back together and another support leg has broken off and this bed is not a year and half old.
