it is the only back up drive that has worked without any issues with time machine.

Real Difficult to Get Started
Excellent size and portability and ease of use...once you can figure out how to get started. Tried for over an hour. Many hoops and ladders to navigate and not simple. Too bad. It's not eye surgery, after all. Should be plug 'n' play. Should be able to scan QR code and add personal info to get started. Had to research and make several attempts. However, it seems to work well for my new '23 MacBook Pro.

Nice product, poor instructions
Basically no usable instructions or phone access.

I returned this refurbished model because I couldn't get it to work
Unfortunately, even after trying to download software and searching all the help screens, I could not get this to show up on either my two Macs or my husband's Windows PC, so I had to conclude the product itself was defective and returned it.

Good solid state external drive
Small and portable, with a good price. Good connection but a very short cable. Been using LaCie hard disks as backup disks for MacOS for many years. Had to replace the file system to use with Time Machine, but was a matter of moments.
