Factory exact replacement parts
These are exact replacement parts made to the factory original specs. All you need do is remove the old worn out valves and install the new. There are a couple of pitfalls though. There are NO instructions. Not everyone gets to be a "factory trained technician", so they should include enough instruction to enable a person who has not done this repair to be able to successfully complete this job correctly the first time (YouTube notwithstanding). In removing the old valves, care must be taken to remove ALL of the old valve parts as the seats may remain if you do not ensure that they are fully removed. When seating the new valves, you must be sure that they are fully seated before you try to reassemble the pump. Otherwise, damage can occur to the new valves causing failure of the rebuild necessitating a second rebuild. A small amount of silicone grease proved valuable in getting them seated. Hint to the factory: A small plastic tool contoured to precisely fit the shape of the valve assembly would be useful in getting the valves to seat properly. Once you have done this once, you will understand what you are doing if a future rebuild becomes necessary. I would have given 5 stars if not for the total lack of instructions. I will also say that when I started my pressure washer the first time after the install it started and immediately the pressure built so quickly that it stalled the engine. I found that the bypass regulator valve had stuck briefly but was able to clear it by restarting with the wand trigger valve open and then allowing it close briefly. Then it started operating normally.

Solved my "no pressure" issue!
Used these on my troybilt 2550 PSI pressure washer that I bought used and had virtually no pressure when the handle was squeezed. After removing the three brass caps on the side of the pump and removing the valves under them, I found two of the three had warped mating surfaces in the valve itself. The remaining three valves inside the pump were fine. Replacing the bad valves solved my "no pressure" issue.
