Awesome cleaning power

The product is fantastic. I have used CITROL for some time now and its my "GO-TO" cleaner for literally everything but glass. But the gallon jug was poorly shipped. They took the time to ship it in a couple of bags for protection. However, this wouldnt be necessary if you ensure the cap was installed properly. It comes with an "inner" protective cap that sits inside the neck of the jug, which sits inside the reusable twist on cap. They obviously rely far too much on the inner cap because they didnt even twist the normal cap on even finger tight. So.... the inner cap failed. Since they didnt tighten down the twist on cap... it leaked everywhere! However, I still give it 4 starts because the product is stellar!
