I had a similar bamboo utensil holder and eventually replaced it with this. A few good points about this product:1) The walls are a bit thicker then others and as a result it has deeper grooves where pieces connect => (ie its more sturdy)2) The height of the walls is higher then some other products too => (ie it can hold more but still fits in a normal kitchen drawer)3) The walls between compartments have a groove => just a nice detail for when you are reaching in4) Lastly, some other products have a vertical slot that is longer than the other vertical slots...that can be OK but I'll note that it reduces the overall strength (unlike this layout). This last point seems unimportant but its actually way I had to replace my old holder with this one, which has a more uniform layout; as my previous one was starting to fall apart.All in all, it seems the manufacturer was NOT trying to find ways to cut corners on this product by reducing the height or using thinner wood. Good job!

Overall, I’m beyond thrilled with this purchase. Over time, I had bought a few of the bamboo inserts that expand to the size of the drawer and they kept breaking or falling apart. I almost replaced the whole drawer with a new cabinet because I was so aggravated but they are considerably more expensive. I saw this one go on sale for Black Friday, saw good reviews, and went for it. I’m pretty happy with it. My drawer is 21” long, 13.25” wide, 3” deep. It fits pretty darn well. The biggest reason this is a quality product is because of its construction. The bamboo that separates the sections isn’t just sitting on top of the bottom - it’s sealed with zero gap so flatware doesn’t wedge between them. It includes little rubber feet to attach to the bottom to prevent sliding, but does still slide a bit lengthwise (it’s not bothersome). Worth every dime.

I got this after a few other failed attempts on bamboo organizers that just didn't have enough room for the amount of spoons/ forks i have or that actually were too small for the knives to fit at all. This is well made, sturdy and deeper than the average, which makes a huge difference and makes a lot more of my drawer space actually usable. Slots are nice and roomie and knives fit with no issue. It comes with some great sticker feet to make it not slip around in the drawer.

My son has been on me to replace the old, plastic silverware holder after 20 plus years. This one caught my eye and was the perfect size to fit snugly in the drawer. I was somewhat skeptical if the quality would be good. I was so pleased when I opened the box !! It is packaged in it's own box, very professional looking. This is very impressive if you are giving this as a gift. It was packaged within the main shipping carton well. There is a bit of odor upon removing the plastic wrap. However, it disapates quickly. My silverware never looked so beautiful. It is roomy and hold everything perfectly. It is very solidly built, fits true to size, and is just BEAUTIFUL. You cannot go wrong with this item.

We replaced a plastic tray with this bamboo drawer organizer. It fits perfectly in our drawer. The rubber feet keep it in place so there is no sliding. It holds a large amount of silverware safely and securely. Each slot is large enough to hold even large tablespoons securely. It looks so nice you could even sit it out for a casual party. It’s a great value and will last for years. I wish I had bought it sooner.
