This stuff actually works!
I have frequent breakouts of eczema on my forehead and eyebrows. I'll get red, blistery dry patches that burn really bad. My wife will put concealer on it, as I am vein and get embarrassed when I go out. I have been prescribed 2.5% hydrocortisone, along with many other topical steroids. I don't like using these products too frequently. I tried this Psoriasin gel, and this beats anything else I have ever tried. I actually feel it working within a few minutes after applying it. The affected area starts to itch slightly, similar to the feeling of a minor wound beginning to heal. I'll use it in the early evening and wash the area about 12 hours later. Within 2-3 days it's completely gone. I stopped using it after it cleared up, but it would come back about a week or two later. Now, I apply it every other night, and I haven't had any breakouts in the past month. There is an unpleasant smell when you first apply it, but it goes away within 5-10 minutes. All I need to use is a pea sized amount as it's easy to spread around. It dries almost immediately and isn't noticeable. I know this product is mainly for psoriasis. However, if you battle with uncomfortable break outs of dermatitis, I recommend you give this product a try.

Great healer for my facial rosacea
I discovered this product at a discount food store in a rack by the checkout with some other soon to expire drugs. The ingredients listed on the box included coal tar as being one of the main components. I'd had a difficult condition of rosacea around my nose that, if left unattended, "bloomed" in embarrassing redness and open sores. I had been reading up on it and seemed like coal tar kept being referenced as a possible relief for rashes and sores since biblical times!I bought it and began applying the gel to my nose area. Within a couple of days of applying the gel, once in the morning, once at night, just a drop, mind you, and my nose cleared up completely! No kidding. I couldn't believe it. That was a couple of years ago. I continue with it today. If I skip a couple of days, the rosacea will come back, but after a couple of drops a day, rubbed around the effected area - my skin heals up and returns to completely clear - like baby skin again (I'm 67). For me, it has been a miracle! My face is the only place I have this problem. Not sure about other parts of the body, but would imagine it would be equally effective. I highly recommend this product, and hope it works for you, as well as it has for me!

stinky, but what do you expect from coal tar? may sting, but does seem to help seborrhea.
I bought this to use on the seborrhea inside my ears and next to my nose. It's not the most pleasant product, I mean who likes the smell of coal tar? RIGHT NEXT TO YOUR NOSE? But the smell fades relatively quickly. And it's better than the alternatives of steroid cream (bad for your skin) or creams that don't work (bad for your wallet). I also appreciated that, although it's a slightly greenish gel, it doesn't leave any noticeable color on your skin, so you can apply it on your face during the day without worrying about appearance (as long as nobody smells it on you...).As other reviewers have mentioned, it does sting a bit if your skin is a bit raw from picking/scratching. On the plus side, since I can't really see what's going on inside my ears, when it STOPPED stinging (it took about 5 days) I knew my skin had healed.

Works but stinks
Stinks; burns on raw places...but it helps and it did dry up the sore rash.

VERY GOOD PRODUCT!! Update review
UPDATE: I had an allergic reaction in my armpits from one of those natural deodorants. The red blotches wouldn’t go away for days, they were itchy and hurting. I was desperate and I used this product. By the end of that day the redness was gone 75%, the blotches were 50% smaller and the itchy-ness was GONE 100%🤯. I bought this product originally for my husband and for an other purpose.******I wish we would have taken befor and after photos of my husband’s arms 🤦🏼♀️ The results are amazing! My husband had psoriasis type of rashes on his arms because of his Sarcoidosis being active at the moment. He started applying the cream on his arms not even a week ago and his arms are clear! I just can’t believe it! We tried other creams with little results for weeks and THIS cream cleared his skin in 5 days!

Don't buy: product expiration date only 3 months away and not returnable, but Psoriasin is a great product
Psoriasin is a great product but not this one: ordered in May the product that arrived expires in August, just 3 months later, when it should be valid for at least a year longer. This vendor is dumping about-to-expire Psoriasin. And it's not returnable either, not good at all. They should put the product expiration date on the web page so people can be aware of what they're buying.

Solution to my Mom’s undiagnosed ezcema/psoriasis break out on her hands.
My mom has been for years slowly getting cuts that starts as dry skin in her hands. At first we tried “working hands creams” for her seems it was just a bad case of over drying of her hands due to her job but recently it was really getting bad. She was always itchy and CUTS comes out from dry corners on her hand. Little research determined me that its psoriasis/ezcema. So I bought this and had her use it. And lo and behold it actually worked BUT she lowkey hated using it, it might be because of the cuts but it stings! So please I do not encourage you to put it on cuts! We were just really desperate and my Mom would never go to a doctor for this (especially with the pandemic and all). So now she just needs to keep a habit of putting it on so that her hands stays psoriasis/ezcema free!
