This bag is of excellent quality and construction. Its leather so it's going to take some breaking in. I'm a therapist and I have multiple office locations. I got this to carry tech around in. I recently was told I shouldn't lift over 10 lbs and this was the solution. I only have to lift it in and out of the car. The wheels seem very durable.The only negative, and not enough for me to remove a star, is that the handle is not entirely separate from the rest of the bag. I have enough sewing skills to fix this issue.

Beautiful color and feel! New leather stiff but with some very clever extras! Seems durable and sturdy. Can’t wait to travel with it!

I waited some time to write this review, so that I can give the bag a fair assessment. I use this bag daily for work. It is one of my best purchases. It not only fits my computer and charger but also all my paperwork and everything that I would normally carry in my pocket book with still some room left. It also has a very vintage look which I like. My only regret was not getting the blue one also. A bit expensive in price but worth the buy.

The minute I saw this bag, I knew it was for me. The design, style (especially the style) and functionality were exactly what I needed.When I opened the box and unpackaged the bag, I knew the leather was not inexpensive. The smell that wafted out as I removed the packaging was so strong that it gave me a mild headache. I have a sensitivity to the scent of leather. However, had I kept the bag, I would have endured the sensory overload as I knew it would dissipate.I ordered the red and it was absolutely gorgeous. As others have mentioned, the leather is stiff, but nothing that makes the bag cumbersome. It felt sturdy, rolled easily and I especially loved that the travel handle is retractable and is hidden when not in use.I was beaming from ear to ear because I finally found a computer bag that was both stylish and functional. So why did I return it? This reason should not deter anyone from purchasing, but for me, it was a dealbreaker: The inside lining. It was not that bright blue that you see in the pictures, but a paisley print that just bothered me. Granted, how often would I be staring inside the bag? Not often, but it was enough for me to return it. It was just too much, even if it would be hidden. I cannot explain it; the pattern just bothered me, so I re-packaged and sent it back.Another reviewer mentioned that the customer service was terrible, and it took them some time to get their refund. I was fortunate. I returned it on a Monday and had my refund a few days later. It was effortless.If the interior color is not an issue, I would recommend buying. It truly is a beautiful bag. Also, if anyone purchases this bag after this review and they receive one that has that solid, bright blue lining, please let me know so I can re-purchase :-).

I have been looking for something beautiful, high quality, and easy to transport for my teacher bag. I have used a backpack forever and I feel like I look like a student. I LOVE THIS! I'll also use it as a travel bag for short trips. The wheels roll easily, it's stylish, and easy to collapse the handle.

I bought this bag in 2021 (we stayed open during the pandemic) and it’s as new as the day I bought it. I use it every day for work and have even traveled with it. The exterior has not changed, nothing has frayed or faded. The inside is a lighter color so it’s easy to spot things inside. I did just replace the wheels in early 2024 because I love the bag so much. It’s the right size to carry everything I need for work, even letting me eliminate carrying a separate purse. I also get compliments all the time.

The item was taller than expected from the product description. Handles do not fold down. This item did not work for me because it was too large to fit under an airline seat. Customer service is very bad. I would advise avoiding this seller. Seller shipped this item to me then refused to provide a return address, saying there was an error on the Amazon return page and not to return it to that address. I think they were just trying to run the clock out on the return window. After going around and around with them, I finally had to report them to Amazon just to get the return address from an Amazon customer service rep. The seller simply refused to provide it. Also, the restock fee was way too high at more than $16.

I love this beautiful blue case, it's quite a lovely color. The wheels are smooth, even on bumpy ground. The handles are also very smooth when retracting back into and the out of the bag itself. Lots of pros on this one. Space is tighter than I expected but that is because the bag is quite rigid, the leather is definitely not flexible which in general is a good thing. Just need to figure out how best to pack the bag. The interior cloth & dividers (including a zipper between the luggage handle inside right down to the interior wheels) are put together using a combination of zippers and velcro. I'm not sure yet how I feel about that, it may come in handy or it may end up annoying.There were a couple of serious cons for me on this bag though. One of the things I really liked when looking at the product online was that the front pocket has a key. That key does not operate very well at all. I had filled up that pocket and then locked it and I was beginning to think I'd need a locksmith to unlock it for me or break the lock to get back in, so I won't be able to use the lock at all.The other serious con for me is the opening for the luggage handle gaps quite wide and you can see anything inside, you can easily reach in and grab things out of the opening it's so wide. If I were wheeling this down a street when it was raining, things would be soaked. For the majority of my work, this isn't concern but when I travel, I'm worried a bit about how to protect the items inside. Early solution is to keep something I can pull over the entire contents, but isn't that what this bag was meant to do, protect the contents? So this is a 5 for how pretty it looks but I knocked a few stars off due to these issues.
