Q: How well does it hold up in the Phoenix,Az. summer sun and extream heat?

In St GEORGE Utah - did not last the summer. Sun almost destroyed the shade.

It’s grommeted on all sides. At least every 24 inches.

Q: What mph wind will it hold up too?

I don't know the exact mph #'s, but we had a very severe rain storm a few months ago and it rode it out without any problems. I have to say , mine is not on a pergola or such. I'm using it verticaly as a sun block for my car. I don't have a garage, only a car port and it gets the west sun every afternoon which is especially strong in the summer. So far, so good.
