I got into a high speed car accident & my phone was ejected from the open car window & landed in the street, My phone was perfectly fine not a scratch! couldn't even say that for my car or me, but I was able to use my phone for help like nothing happened because the case did it's job!

The case is almost too tight in a way. It makes it very difficult to use the buttons. The volume and lock buttons are difficult to use, it has gotten a tad bit better over time but still very stiff.

The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because it’s really hard to get off of my phone. This case is incredibly durable and I feel like my phone is in “good hands”.

This cover was extremely stiff and doesn’t seem to fit my phone exactly where the side buttons need to fit.

Case came with a few scratches. And the camera cutout isn’t big enough… it isn’t aligned with the camera so one side sits a bit on top of it… did I mention it came with scratches? A few on top of the case a few on the back … looks like it was a used case.Edit:: I went to bestbuy and bought the same case.. these Amazon sellers sent a iPhone 12 Pro Max case.. it was not for the iPhone 13 Pro max. Camera cutout is way different.

This stupid phone case will not fit my iPhone 13 pro max. When I ordered it, it said for iPhone 13 pro max. When it came it would not fit my phone.
