Excellent product
Got this before so reordered. Its an excellent product.

No noticeable improvement
After taking l-theanine on a consistent basis I have no noticeable improvement in anxiety levels. Sleep hasn't improved whilst using this product.

Simple effective supplo
The media could not be loaded. I used the medicine spoon a size comparison but these are really easy to swallow 🙂 obviously haven’t cured me but have definitely helped with my anxiety. Personally I’d recommend
