Was recommended by a friend that i try passionflower because it can help with anxiety and my anxiety was taking over my life. Its helped so much in managing my anxiety and i will probably buy another bottle in the futureIts been tough not feeling more anxious during covid lock-down but this has helped take the edge off so much and It doesn't have any interactions with my ADHD medication : ) ( Elvanse)It doesn't taste nice but its not the worst thing in the world lol and i suppose its better its not flavoured, you'll just need to drink some water after but i usually don't mix it in a lot of water so I'm not helping myself . I use 20 drops in some water (morning or night) or 10 drops in the morning and 10 at night and it relaxes me without making me feel sleepy but my sleep has improved because i'm not anxious leading up to itHopefully it works for others as well. It always nice when something with no side-effects works for youA high quality product and it was delivered very quickly

The drops are a great aid to sleep, I use them every night

Bought this in hope for a decent nights sleep, not sure whether it worked for me, my husband couldn't take it he didnt like the flowery taste even though I mixed it in several different things. The taste for me wasn't an issue but I dont feel it did its job.

Just a few drops of this in a glass of water before bed is wonderful for getting to sleep. It definitely works. I had taken passiflora before and found it helps anxiety but is a bit difficult to obtain other than in combination with other herbs. I don't normally have that much trouble getting to sleep, but when I do this works great. It can make you drowsy so caution if taken in the daytime.

This stuff genuinely calms me down and helps me sleep. I didn’t think it would work as well as it has done. Tastes really nice when mixed with herbal teas. Works really well.
