All the tools were missing from the package.

I purchased this back cover to replace a cracked back cover on my phone. It took about 30 mins in total. Watched a YouTube video on how to remove cover and Purchased a cheap heat gun, warmed the sides up on the back cover, used the tools provided and it fit perfectly for my model. I now have an even better looking phone and everything works perfectly with no problems.

There is NOTHING I disliked about this purchase! Here's the scenario. When I got my phone less than a year ago, I dropped it at work, bc I was waiting for a case to come in. Finally 8 months after purchase I went to an "ifix it" store. (BRAND NEW STORE, GIRLS FIX IT) STANDING in her store, she looks up the part, have me a quote, and made an appointment for the following Saturday. Saturday comes, no call, no verification part came in. We called her and she said the phone was to new and "her distributor" didn't have the part. My fiancee immediately went onto Amazon, found it, WITH TOOLS, ordered it late Saturday afternoon it was here Monday. And we took it to a real professional where he charged us extremely fair to put it on for me.

This replacement glass is NOT Gorilla glass 5 certified like the stock glass that comes on the device. My replacement glass cracked in 2 hours after replacement!! All I did was lean against something at work today and it immediately broke the glass. I was NOT happy. I now have to use a case with my phone because this replacement is such low quality glass. It is an exact replacement as far as size is shape is concerned, just be warned that this is by far a factory replacement for the back glass

This is very poor quality. The original from OnePlus lasted a year before breaking. This one lasted less than 1 month.The phone didnt suffer any big falls or major impact during that time. Just normal wear and tear.Very disappointed. Keep it in mind if you are considering this product
