Fantastic product! Works far better than gummies. Really is tasteless and oudorless when mixed. Sometimes I put 2 teaspoons in to half a pint glass of juice WITH collagen and it's dissolves to nothing. I also add it to coffee or greek yoghurt. A safe way to have fibre without relying on laxatives

I have a poor digestive system and doing research because medical ppl could not help. I started to understand each probiotic individually and got better results with each purchase. I stumbled on some science about prebiotics and started to look. I chose love they gut because it has 7 prebiotics and all the probiotics needed. The prebiotics is the key and I chose this because there are 7 so i had the best chance to respond to at least one.Before this I had such an aweful relationship with the toilet and sometimes not actually making it. I knew the issue was my small intestine and now my colon is at ease.This product has given me a freedom that I tell everyone about.

It’s very early days … I have only been taking it for 4 days. I didn’t enjoy it mixed with water but with yoghurt and blueberries it takes lovely. I have 4/5 because other brands taste good mixed with water:

I purchased this supplement because I had started to notice that I was feeling tired during the day. I am a busy mum of two, and my youngest doesn't yet sleep through. Thinking it might be my eyes, I went for an eye test, but found my eye sight hadn't changed.I've been taking this supplement less than a week and I have noticed an increase in my energy levels and therefore, I do feel more upbeat in my mood too. I do still feel the tiredness a bit, but not to the same levels as I previously did.It's good to know that by taking this supplement I'm boosting my immunity and benefiting from taking a range of vitamins, etc. I did feel like I was getting a flu bug at the start of the week. My back was a bit achey and I was starting to get a sore throat. I haven't developed any other symptoms and do feel better as the week has gone on.I've tried taking this power in juice, and it was just about bearable, even though you only take small teaspoon-full amount. My preferred way to take it is dissolved I water, with some honey, as suggested on the pack.I'm happy with the results so far and I do feel as though it's benefiting my body.

After a month of use I can say that Love Thy Gut is helping manage my stomach condition, and it's half the price of Biomel. Thats the positives. The negative is the taste. It is disgusting! Do not sprinkle it on your breakfast cereal unless you want to spoil the taste on purpose. Mixing with milk didn't help either. Make sure you have a lot of flavour to hide its taste. I now add it to a double scoop of protein powder and mix it thoroughly in a shaker. I'm still undecided if I'd buy it again due to the taste and it's making me use up my protein powder double quick.

Easy to use. Have had mine with almond milk and cacao powder as a shake or with juice. And seems to do the trick and my gut is working 👍. I tend to Mia it up and then out in the fridge for a short while as it’s seems to dissolve better that way and has no grainy texture. Mind you on first use I added too much as I thought it was a tablespoon or a teaspoon!
