Saved me a couple hundred
I thought I would need landscapers to come in and pull some roots I just couldn’t get out, but I had the wrong (basic) shovel. So I looked up , found the tool and read the reviews, hoping I work and disappointed if it didn’t. It took some work , I was winded , but I stuck with it and chopped the stubborn roots out , they were tough but i managed all because of this handy tool , it probably saved me a few hundred and still have the tool. I recommend it , it’s durable 👍🏿

Sand Dune Invasive Grass Remover
I just spent one and a half hours digging up invasive grasses with this shovel. It was very helpful and I would buy again. These invasive grasses are evil and straight from the devil. Lol. They are impossible to remove with a standard shovel. They just sit there in a tight root formation and do not budge. I tore through them with this new shovel.I hate these sand dune pieces of s*** grasses.

Good Shovel - Works Well
Some plant removal requires more than a regular shovel. This shovel works well on fibrous, tuberous rooted plants. For us, it helped in the removal of foxtail ferns. The only suggestion I can think of to improve the tool would be if the ledge you step/push on to push it into the plant's root system was a little bit larger (I have average size feet). It was a bit pricey, but we have enough use for it so for us it was worth it. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 star instead of a 5 star is due to the foot ledge and the price. We like this shovel.

Cuts through roots like butter
If you are metal detecting this is a must have accessory. I live in SC and most places have numerous roots. This is a great tool that cuts through roots. Well made to last.

This thing is awesome. Had massive root balls from 4 pine bushes I planted 22years ago. This thing ripped right through them . 10/10 would recommend. Sharp and durable.
