I have been using this Treadmill for 5 weeks, and ever since it arrived it has met all expectations ! all the technical details were correct , all the described functions were as mentioned, the performance of the machine is outstanding, typically this is the best deal you will ever find not just in amazon but in all the UAE stores in terms of the price, features and everything. before purchasing this treadmill I have made a 10 days research I went across all the stores, I visited all the websites and saw all the offers on amazon, at the end , this treadmill had the best value ever, I confirm that you will never find one comparable to this. so now after using it for 5 weeks continuously and extensively I am here to say that I only saw advantages and my experience was 100% positive, and there is no disadvantages or any problems at all. I like the fact that it has a wide running belt as described which makes your running or jogging comfortable , I like the inclination feature, the non noisy quit motor, and the fact that you can connect it to your phone or iPad. Finally I would like to recommend the seller of this treadmill because they are extremely professional , friendly, accurate and gave me the best purchase experience. their delivery time was very fast, and they provided a free installation service and sent the best people to do the task , and their team was very polite and punctual . Overall I would give them a 10/10 rating because they are above expectations !

While the treadmill works well, it has a default upward incline, not mentioned in any manual or product specification. Contacted customer service and they were not helpful neither. Had to end up buying a mat to balance it…
