I was blown away at how quickly I received my locket. And it’s not lower quality just because it was fast. The recipient will probably cry, so thank you very much! One word to future buyers - be sure and read the size of it. It’s pretty small and dainty. That’s okay with me though.

Smaller than I thought but it is beautiful. I had a problem in the beginning but they fix it and everything was on time. I really thank them for that. Mother’s Day was all I wanted it to be that day.

How utterly disappointing this locket is…I got this for my mother for Mother’s Day, and it is TINY and just feels cheap…for 85 freaking dollars I’d expect something that didn’t require a magnifier to see the pictures in it! Like for real I have good eyesight and am fairly young still and I had to squint to see the pics! My poor mother who I got it for and is 80 can’t even see them! I’d return it except she “likes” it…but I know she is just saying that because it was a gift from me, it feels cheap, the engraving is cheaply done, the chain is cheap, the locket is way to small, pics can barely be seen due to size…what a waste of 85 dollars…when I saw it I was embarrassed I trusted buying something on here honestly but the reviews seemed pretty good so I went with it. My gut sank when I saw it for first with her, hell even the chain was inside a ziplock baggy inside the jewelry box…just thrown together and shipped. Thanks for ruining my Mother’s Day gift and stealing my money…I wish my 80 year old mother wasn’t so nice about it and told me she didn’t like it but she won’t do that but trust me…I know she doesn’t like it, and I 100 percent don’t blame her….

I got this as a gift for my cousin with a picture of her and her mother, her mother recently passed away. I was a little disappointed with how light weight the heart and chain are. My cousin has a new baby and if she gets her sweet little hands on it and gives it a good pull I’m concerned that it would probably break it.That being said, it is a beautiful necklace, the picture turned out great. I was extremely happy with how the picture turned out! I can not empathize that enough!There are some things that are different from the picture’s advertising it on here that I feel I should mention incase it’s a deal breaker for some:The writing on the front of it is different than pictures. Every word on the necklace starts with a capital letter. It is still written in cursive. I would prefer it with the writing like it’s pictured but it’s still beautiful.The inside of the necklace where there isn’t a picture on the of the left side of the heart is light blue instead of silver. I don’t know, it just looks out of place or cheap or like maybe they forgot to fill in it or something.If it wasn’t for the fact that I knew it will mean so much to her I would probably send it back and look somewhere else for a similar necklace. But she lives across the country and I don’t want to take the chance of not getting another necklace to her in time for Christmas.Some of these things may not be an issue for some which is great, but I like to get what’s advertised. I saw the picture and that’s what I wanted to buy. Like I said it’s still a beautiful necklace, and all of those small things might not matter to anyone else but I wouldn’t feel right not pointing them out and leaving a 5 star review when what I got isn’t really the same necklace as what is pictured.

The locket itself is pretty and seems to be of decent quality, the reason for 3 stars is because the chain it came with is not what was in the description. The description and photos show an 18' box chain. I got a cheap chain that wasn't even a full 18' long. One of the reasons I purchased this specific locket was for the chain and I now have to spend more money to get a new one
