I waited to write this review, because I really wanted to see if the methods described in this book were actually working. I actually did exactly what the author recommended and was very disciplined at the beginning. The quick pain relieve really worked fast. So simple, I should have thought about it myself.The book is really well organized and it was easy to follow, so far I had no further flares and I will definitely continuo with a healthy diet. I got hemorrhoids during my pregnancy and they just did not want to go away. Surgery and anesthesia were not an option for me with the baby, so I was actually very grateful to find this book, all the remedies are natural and the diet changes even helped me to lose some of the extra weight I put on.
