Bought this for rolling sessions in BJJ. Very easy to conform to mouth, doesn’t feel bulky at all.

Bought 5 or 6 before I found this one - finally found the one I like.
I went through 5-6 brands before buying this one and I finally found the "goldilocks" of mouthguards - not too thick, not too thin. Not too tight, not too loose. Others I tried were thick and would grip my teeth so tightly I thought I might pull a tooth out when trying to remove it. Others just felt too thin to really protect my mouth when that inevitable wild elbow comes flying. This one is just right. It pops in easily and lightly grips my teeth enough so that it stays in place even when I'm BJJ rolling aggressively, but also pops out easily after I've been tapped out (I'm an old dude blue belt and still learning). I can talk with it in and even take a few sips of water while I'm asking my training partner how they armbarred me so quickly.

Breathe Easy With this Purchase
Finally, I can breathe while sparring. Comfortable product, easy to mold to mouth. Ours came with a temperature strip to ensure the proper temperature of the water. It took a little while to show the colors, so we used our digital cooking thermometer instead and it made the process quick and easy. Love it!

Perfect for my teen
We bought this after looking at about 50 different ones. I am so glad we went with this product. My 15 year old molded it to his mouth form by himself and the fit was perfect.
