Take it for a week

I love this for the energy! I had to start with just one a day then work up to two. I gave it to my husband who would yawn all day long. didn't matter how much sleep he got he would just yawn, big loud yawns. He STOPPED!!!! I make sure I give him tow a day & I don't have to listen to all those bear sounds any more. It;s been two weeks & that's what I see so far!

I'm a healthy 29 year old with no medical conditions.
The product says for adult men only. All the research on this product says it if fine for women to use. However, within hours after taking this. I felt jittery, my mind was foggy and my chest felt heavy. Later on, I had a prolonged migraine and insomnia. I do not recommend.
