I really like these supplements. I only take one per day instead of the three that it states is the serving size. I feel one a day gives me enough energy and do not think I really need any more than that. This bottle lasts me a long time taking it this way. I will continue to purchase these and think they really complement my lifestyle. The tablets are on the large side but I have not had trouble swallowing them so far.

Not sure I’ve noticed anything different health-wise but I didn’t have and negative reactions either. Not sure I would make this a regular part of my routine.

I’ve been on a low carb diet for 5 months and am using these to help me get my greens in. I started off with the powder, but the taste is not pleasant and hard to incorporate in shakes because of it. So these make my life better and easier. It’s been helping with my digestive system as well!!
